Bears: third-down conversion rate allowed better than last season so far

Likely noise (2026, through week 4): Through Week 4: 23.7% third-down conversion rate allowed (last season 38.2%). Even a full season of it is only 18% signal in our measurement, so we expect most of this change to fade.
